For filling online application form

• Register on our application portal with your email address. To register click here Register
• After registration, check your email ID to verify the e-mail id and activate your registration.
• Log-in using your email ID and password
• Fill in the application form online. Please note that a partially filled application form will not be saved.
• After filling in the application form, click "Submit" and then on the next page, agree to the declaration and click on "Confirm Submission".
• Preview your application and print it if you require.
• Go to the payment page, select the mode of payment.

Payment Options

1. For all other programmes (Excluding PhD)

• Online: you may pay using netbanking/debit card/credit card
  • For online payment, either you can pay directly using online payment option or you may enter the prospectus ID and key.
  • Prospectus ID and key can be obtained either offline at university office or can be purchased online
• Make a Demand Draft (DD) of INR 650/- and send it to the address: "Registrar (Admissions), Assam Don Bosco University, Azara, Guwahati - 781017". Also include a print copy of your application form.
• Offline: visit the university office.

2. For PhD (Doctorate of Philosophy) programme

• Online: you may pay using netbanking/debit card/credit card
• Make a Demand Draft (DD) of INR 1000/- and send it to the address: "Registrar (Admissions), Assam Don Bosco University, Azara, Guwahati - 781017". Also include a print copy of your application form.

Offline filling of application [for all programmes except PhD Programmes]

1. Purchase prospectus either online or from the university office or other centres where the prospectus is available. Fill in the enclosed application form and send it to "Registrar (Admissions), Assam Don Bosco University, Azara, Guwahati - 781017".
2. Download the application form from our website www.dbuniversity.ac.in. Fill in the downloaded application form and send it to "Registrar (Admissions), Assam Don Bosco University, Azara, Guwahati - 781017", with a Demand Draft (DD) for Rs. 650.00, applicable only for non PhD Programmes.
