1.To schedule all class routine and assign teachers subject.
2. To coordinate with controller of examination(DU) regarding examination and any department related problems.
3.Conduct workshop, seminars, webinars for the students.
4) Guide students dissertation paper and to give advise in their education or personal related problem.
5) Coordinator for admission and students field visit and education tour.
6) Coordinate the Alumni cell of the entire college.
7) To arrange students internship in various media sector and public relation field.
8)Planning for various development and issues of the Department among the core members.

Students coordinator of aimt ycc chapter, 1st institute based ycc chapter in northeast . :
1) Build relation among the students and other public relation chapter and profession.
2) Give a platform for students to enrich themselves with the world of knowledge in public relation field.
2) Exposure for students to take parts in various competition and conclave.
3) Motivate students to encourage themselves, participate and be honored with various prestige awards across the country
