All events must comply with University policies regarding safety, non-discrimination, and appropriate conduct.

Event organizers are responsible for obtaining necessary departmental approvals before publishing events.

The University reserves the right to remove any event that violates policies or poses risks to the university community.

Registration for events may be subject to eligibility requirements and capacity limitations set by event organizers.

Participants must adhere to event-specific rules, codes of conduct, and University regulations.

Registration does not guarantee participation if events reach capacity or eligibility criteria are not met.

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual event organizers and will be clearly communicated during registration.

Content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, promotes illegal activities, or violates University policies is strictly prohibited.

Users may not post content that infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or contains unauthorized personal information.

Commercial solicitation, spam, or unauthorized promotional content is not permitted without explicit University authorization.

The University reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates these guidelines.

We collect necessary personal information to facilitate event management, communication, and University operations.

Event organizers will have access to registration information only for events they are authorized to manage.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted online.

Assam Don Bosco University retains all ownership rights to the Portal, its design, underlying technology, and University trademarks.

Users retain ownership of content they create and share but grant the University a license to use, display, and distribute such content for Portal operations and University purposes.

Unauthorized use of University trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Portal.

Event organizers are solely responsible for their events, and the University disclaims liability for any actions, omissions, or conduct of event organizers or participants.

Violation of these Terms or any University policies may result in immediate account termination and disciplinary action.

Upon termination, your right to use the Portal will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Portal.
