With over 16 years of teaching experience in higher education, I have taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Organization, Office Management, and Research Methodology. I adopt outcome-based and student-centric teaching methodologies, integrating case studies, experiential learning, technology-enabled pedagogy, and research-oriented approaches to enhance classroom engagement. I actively mentor students, supervise academic projects, develop curriculum, and contribute to academic quality enhancement through workshops, FDPs, and innovative teaching practices.

Served as Placement and Internship In-charge, ERP Coordinator, Environment Club Faculty Coordinator, Marketing Club In-charge, and Co-editor of the Journal of Cases in Management Studies at Assam Don Bosco University.

Actively involved in curriculum development, Outcome-Based Education (OBE), NAAC quality initiatives, and academic administration.

Established a Start-up Guidance Cell, designed an add-on course in Office Management, and facilitated industry–academia collaborations through MoUs.

Delivered expert lectures as a resource person and actively participated in community outreach, environmental awareness, and wildlife conservation initiatives.

I have consistently participated in sports, cultural, literary, and co-curricular activities throughout my academic and professional career, believing that holistic development is essential for effective leadership and personal growth. I have actively coordinated and organized seminars, workshops, entrepreneurship development programmes, environmental awareness initiatives, and student engagement activities. As the Coordinator of the Bharat Scouts & Guides and a faculty coordinator for various academic clubs, I have promoted teamwork, leadership, discipline, and community service among students. In addition to my academic responsibilities, I am a published author, having written the horror fiction novel The Haunted Transfer (2023), reflecting my passion for creative writing and storytelling. These diverse experiences have strengthened my communication, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills while fostering creativity and social responsibility.
