I obtained my PhD in Physics from Gauhati University (CPP-IPR) in 2019. My field of work was experimental plasma physics and radiation physics. I completed my M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Physics from Gauhati University.

I worked as an Assistant Professor in Physics at Assam Engineering College from March 2021 to March 2024

Area of Interest

Basic Plasma, Pulsed Powered Plasma, Plasma Processing and Diagnostics, Space Plasma Applications, Applied Nuclear Physics, Radiation Physics, Radiation Detectors, Material Science.

Developed a portable Spherical IECF (Inertial Electrostatic Confinement Fusion) device that can be operated both in Pulsed as well as Continuous mode.

I worked as the NBA co-ordinator for the Department of Physics, Assam Engineering College

Currently I am entitled as the Co-ordinator of the Ground Station at Assam Don Bosco University
